Locally supported, Michigan Artisans
At Wolverine, we support our local woodworking artisans. Some earn a living from their creative work, while to some others, it is more of a hobby. In either case we select our artisans based on the quality and uniqueness of what it is they do. Some make many different items, while others specialize. You will find this information in the individual biographies of each artisan.
We hope that you find something unique that you would like, but at least learn a little about our local Michigan talent. If you would like more information about any piece, or have a question you would like to ask, use our contact page. We will be pleased to answer any question you may have.

Meet James Stegner. Just one of our talented Michigan artists working with us. Jim is sitting on one of his Brazilian inspired red bench, and to the right is a bright teal version. Each is unique and signed by the artist. See all of Jim's work here. |

Dan Salveta is one of our talented Michigan artists working with us. Dan is talking to his father, Ted Sr. about setting the discs on the John Deere. Dan makes some log style furniture and will be adding some hand-forged items from his blacksmith shop in the near future. Each piece is unique and signed by the artist. See all of Dan's work here. |

When Ted isn't outside enjoying a round of golf, he likes to paint watercolors. Particularly watercolors of barns and other outdoor scenes. There certainly were some great views up here at White Pines National Golf Club in northern Michigan. See all of Ted's available paintings here. |
